About Us: Mozzarella Bar in Seddon is looking for an energetic, experienced, and confident Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team. We pride ourselves on serving quality food and drinks with warm, attentive hospitality in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Greeting guests warmly and seating them efficiently.
Taking food and drink orders accurately with confidence and good knowledge of our menu.
Serving food, beverages, and coffee to tables promptly.
Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to maintain high hygiene standards.
Handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions and split bills accurately.
Assisting with general floor maintenance and opening/closing tasks.
Communicating effectively with floor staff and kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.

Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience in a rapid-paced restaurant, cafe,



or hospitality workplace.
Strong, clear communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Confidence in taking orders and upselling specials or drinks.
High attention to detail and efficiency under pressure during peak service hours.
Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
Full working rights in Australia and versatile availability (including evenings and weekends).
