Mascot, Sydney | Full Time | $60K–$70K + Super + Commission ($120K OTE)

Clean Power Australia is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Phone Sales Consultant to join our team in Mascot.

You’ll speak with homeowners interested in solar, batteries and EV solutions, manage opportunities from first conversation through to close, and earn commission on the results you deliver.

What you’ll be doing
Calling and converting leads
Qualifying customers and identifying the right solution
Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close
Following up your pipeline and keeping opportunities moving
Handling objections and confidently asking for the sale
Working to clear call, appointment and sales targets

What we’re looking for
Previous phone-based sales experience
Confident and engaging communication style
Experience working to sales targets and KPIs
Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced sales setting
Strong objection handling and closing skills
Resilient, competitive and motivated by results
Coachable and keen to keep improving

Solar experience is not essential. We’re open to strong salespeople from industries such as automotive, finance,



insurance, recruitment, real estate, telco and other high-volume sales environments.

The details
Full time, Monday to Friday
8:30am–4:30pm
Onsite in Mascot, close to the train station
No weekends
