Cru Bar & Cellar is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our experienced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality drinks, has a strong interest in wine, and thrives in a premium bar workplace.

We’re seeking someone with strong technique, great communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset. You’ll be hands-on with cocktail prep and service, contribute to our seasonal drinks list, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience, especially for guests seated at the bar.

The role includes:
25–38 hours per week
Cocktail creation and prep
Coffee service
Bar setup, cleaning, restocking, and polishing
Engaging directly with guests at the bar
Adhering to RSA guidelines

What we’re looking for:
Bartending experience with confident cocktail skills




Friendly, professional front-of-house service
Genuine interest in wine and learning more
Creative approach and team-focused attitude
Availability on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays and Weekends
