Two years or more selling high ticket software, SaaS, digital products or agency services, on the phone
Real hands on experience in a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or GHL
Happy to make 50 or more cold calls a day and be measured on results
Available in Sydney business hours, with a quiet space, a headset and reliable internet
Comfortable never quoting a price on a call. We book the call, we do not quote

Do not apply if your sales background is gyms, retail, telco, door to door or other low ticket, if you need a big base and are not driven by commission, or if you go quiet the moment someone says no.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Make 50 or more outbound dials a day to start current conversations
Book qualified calls onto the calendar, around 4 a day
Build buy in so bookings actually show up, we aim for a 70 percent plus show rate




Reactivate past leads, no shows and opportunities that did not close the first time
Keep the CRM up to date and send a short end of day report

WHAT WE OFFER
$30 an hour plus uncapped commission on every deal that closes from the calls you book, so robust performers earn well above the base
Part time, 20 hours a week, with versatile scheduling around your targets
