We are currently looking for staff at ALPHA restaurant that are passionate, customer focused Section Waiters / Bartenders / Runners to join our dedicated team at one of our premier restaurants.

To be a successful in this exciting position we require the following:
Thorough understanding of the order or service, and execution in a timely and accurate manner to achieve superior service delivery.
Delivery of exceptional and qualified guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
Ability to manage a given section during service periods.
Experience in a high-paced, fine dining setting
Good communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent eye for detail
Ability to work both autonomously and as a team
Demonstrated problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine




Hold a current RSA
Excellent personal presentation
Available to work nights and weekends
Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients
Be highly organised with the ability to think on your feet

The successful applicant we be offered Pay is $27.83 to $48.70 per hour (depending on day of the week and experience level) + TIPS as well as generous dining discounts across the group.
