Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Assist in menu planning and development
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Provide excellent customer service and respond to special requests
Participate in training and development of junior kitchen staff

Qualifications:
