About the role

As a Leasing Consultant / Junior Property Manager, you will play an important role in delivering a high level of service to our landlords, tenants and prospective renters.

Key responsibilities
Conducting residential property inspections and open homes
Responding to rental enquiries and following up prospective tenants
Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks
Liaising with landlords and prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
Preparing properties for leasing and ensuring they are presented to a high standard
Coordinating keys, access and inspection appointments
Maintaining accurate records and updating property management systems
Assisting with rental advertising and ensuring listings are accurate and appealing
Communicating with tenants and landlords professionally and promptly
Handling difficult conversations and resolving issues professionally

About you
Previous experience in leasing, property management or a related real estate role




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Solid attention to detail
The ability to follow established systems, processes and direction
A high level of integrity and professionalism
The ability to handle challenging situations and conflict calmly and respectfully
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team
A current real estate licence or registration
