Kitchen Hand – BBQ-K Brimbank

BBQ-K Brimbank, a Korean BBQ & Hot Pot Buffet in Box Hill, is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen, dishwashing area and storage areas clean and organised
Assisting with basic food preparation when required
Restocking kitchen supplies and ingredients
Removing rubbish and following cleaning schedules
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures
Supporting chefs and other kitchen team members during busy service periods

Requirements
Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual and able to work efficiently in a busy workplace




Good teamwork and a positive attitude
Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
Full working rights in Australia

Full time and part time positions are available. Pay will be in accordance with the applicable award, with rates depending on experience and employment conditions.
