We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Disability Support Worker to empower young adults on the autism spectrum. You will help clients build independence, develop life skills, and engage with their local community.

Key Responsibilities
Skill Building: Assist young adults with daily living tasks, time management, and executive functioning.
Community Access: Support clients to use public transport safely, attend social activities, and access work or study programs.
Mentorship: Act as a positive mentor to build confidence, self-advocacy, and emotional regulation.
Personalised Care: Follow individual support plans focused on each person's unique strengths and goals.

Requirements
Experience supporting autistic individuals or neurodivergent young adults.
Relevant certificate or background in disability services, community services, or youth work.
Current First Aid certificate and CPR training.
Valid Working with Children Check and police check.
Valid driver’s licence.

Pay: $28.00 – $57.20 per hour
