Support Worker

We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Support Worker to join our team in the Bowral, Mittagong, and surrounding Southern Highlands area.

Location: Bowral, Mittagong & Surrounding Areas, NSW

Hours: Part time / Casual (Flexible hours available)

Start: Immediate

Pay Rate: $40–$65 per hour (depending on shift and experience)

Employment Type: Part time / Casual / Contract / Subcontract

Key Responsibilities

Assist with learning, daily living skills, and structured activities

Support creative, recreational, and skill-building activities

Provide domestic assistance and maintain structured routines

Facilitate community access, social participation, and outdoor activities

Encourage communication, confidence, and personal development

Provide positive, engaging, and person-centered support

Maintain professional progress notes and documentation

Essential Requirements

Relevant experience in support work,



disability services, or youth/community care

Ability to support learning, independence, and structured daily activities

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid and CPR Certificate

National Police Check

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Caring, patient, and reliable nature

Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
