We’re looking for a full time Pilates Instructor + Sales superstar to join the HIIT Pilates team.

This is for someone who already knows the fitness industry and is ready for more! More hours, more opportunity, more responsibility and more earning potential.

You’ll teach approximately 20 classes per week, while also playing a key role in growing the studio through sales, lead follow-up, member engagement and converting enquiries into long-term clients.

What we’re looking for:
Certificate III & IV in Fitness – essential
Confident, energetic and engaging on the studio floor
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable with sales, follow-ups and speaking to leads
Adaptable availability across the week
Reliable, proactive and willing to work hard
Motivated by targets and earning potential
Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
Someone who sees an chance and goes after it
