Female Support Worker – Capalaba- Muslim Background Highly Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to provide support to a participant in Capalaba, QLD.

A worker who is culturally sensitive and comfortable supporting a participant from a Muslim background would be preferred.

Requirements:
Female support worker
Previous NDIS/disability support experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Respectful and culturally sensitive approach
Relevant NDIS compliance and clearances
Reliable and committed to providing person-centred support
Capalaba/Redlands area availability preferred

About You

We are looking for support workers who are:
Experienced in Australia supporting NDIS participants, including personal care and high-care needs
Compassionate, reliable, and skilled
Able to work independently and follow individual support plans

Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)




Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Current Australian driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
