About the role

We are seeking a motivated, skilled and results-driven Internal Sales & Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on internal sales, developing new customer opportunities, converting enquiries into sales and supporting the day-to-day administration of our business. You will play an significant role in expanding our customer base, building strong trade relationships and ensuring our sales and administrative processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Manage incoming customer enquiries and provide professional sales support.
Identify, develop and convert new customer leads and business opportunities.
Proactively contact potential customers and introduce our product range.
Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, contractors and trade customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, estimates and supporting sales documentation.
Follow up enquiries, quotations and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
Assist with sales campaigns, marketing activities and customer communications.
Process sales orders, invoices and customer documentation.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales follow-up activities.

About you




Proven experience in internal sales, business development or customer service.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop customer relationships and convert sales prospects.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, self-motivated and results focused.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident dealing with customers and industry professionals.
Valuable computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Experience in gate automation, access control, electrical or security industries is highly regarded.
Experience with Cin7 Core, Xero or AI business tools will be an advantage.
