About the role

A fantastic prospect exists for an On-Site Pool Technician to join the Clark Rubber Capalaba team. While predominantly this role is based in field, some retail shop work may be required.

Key responsibilities
General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing swimming pools
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
Sales and installation of new equipment
Achieve KPIs and sales budgets

About you
A current driver's license with a positive driving record
Excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
Be physically fit as this position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling (such as pumps & salt)




Practical problem-solver who takes pride in their work
Retail Sales experience preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills and working with teams
Some experience in onsite swimming pool service and or maintenance preferred but not essential
Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised but also be able to work in a team environment when required
