Solid with digital systems (Automation, Google Suite, and more)
Thinks for themselves, follows systems, and owns their outcomes
Listens well, adapts quickly, and makes the team around them better

What You’ll Be Doing
Own the front-of-house: greet customers, book jobs, manage the workflow
Quote, invoice, and follow up with clarity and care
Keep the calendar smooth and the techs in the loop
Use our digital tools to make the day flow (Automation, parts integrations, etc.)
Hit KPIs around customer satisfaction, conversion, and upsells
Back the team and be backed in return
