About the role

You'll run your own caseload of plaintiff matters from intake to resolution, with paralegal support and direct access to the Principal. The work is a mix of WorkCover, CTP and PIPA claims, together with TPD and income protection claims.

Key responsibilities
Run your own caseload of plaintiff matters from intake to resolution
Handle WorkCover, CTP and public liability claims
Manage TPD and income protection claims

About you
Admitted in Queensland with a current practising certificate
Minimum 3 years' PAE in plaintiff personal injury law in Queensland
Proven track record of running WorkCover, CTP and public liability claims from intake through to resolution, and achieving solid outcomes for clients
Ideally some experience with TPD and income protection claims
Able to run files independently,



with solid drafting, negotiation and client communication skills
Commercially minded, with sound judgement
