ABOUT THE ROLE

Star Phones is a national mobile accessories and repair retailer with 55+ stores across Australia. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Phone Technician to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD.

If you have experience repairing mobile phones, enjoy working with your hands and take pride in delivering fast and high-quality repairs, we would love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Screen and display replacements
Battery replacements
Charging port repairs
Camera repairs
Speaker and component repairs
Back glass repairs - non-laser method required
Accurate fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
Completing repairs efficiently with a fast turnaround
Assisting customers at the repair counter
Recommending and upselling accessories during quieter periods

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience as a Mobile Phone Technician
Back glass repair experience is mandatory
Ability to complete repairs quickly and accurately




Strong attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work confidently in a busy retail environment
Reliable, motivated and skilled
