SALES REPRESENTATIVE – HOSPITALITY

Kitchen Kapers is a well-established Australian-owned hospitality supplier based in Artarmon. We have been supplying cafés, restaurants, hotels, caterers, bars, clubs and corporate customers for over 48 years.

We’re looking for a confident, personable and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and creating current business.

THE ROLE
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
Develop new business prospects.
Make cold calls and follow up potential customers.
Visit hospitality businesses and be comfortable with walk-ins.
Follow up leads, quotes and opportunities.
Organise your own schedule, appointments and follow-ups.
Work closely with the Director and sales team to coordinate customers and opportunities.
Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

ABOUT YOU
Confident and genuinely good with people.
Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls.
Comfortable approaching new businesses face-to-face.
Organised,



proactive and able to manage your own time.
Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
Reliable, positive and a team player.
Computer literate.
Previous sales experience is an advantage, particularly B2B, hospitality or wholesale.
Hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential — training will be provided.
Current Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
