Programmed is currently seeking Production Operator to join our client's production facility located in Athol Park. This is an ongoing casual position offering stable hours and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced warehouse workplace.

About the Role

As a Production Operator , you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This role involves the handling of wine products and requires individuals who are physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Operating packaging and production machinery
Meeting daily production and performance targets
Conducting basic quality checks and inspections
Packing and preparing products for dispatch
Following workplace health and safety procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards
Assisting with general production duties as required
Working effectively within a team environment

What We're Looking For
Previous pick packing / Production Operator experience
Experience using RF scanners




Solid commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Ability to undertake repetitive manual handling tasks
Physical capability to lift and move cartons throughout the shift
Current Driver's Licence (essential)
