Flooring Sales / Admin Assistant – Join Our Team!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Flooring Sales / Administration Assistant to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Flooring Sales Assistant/Admin Assistant, you will work closely with customers to help them choose the perfect flooring solution for their home or business space. You will provide outstanding customer service, prepare quotes, assist with showroom presentation, and help ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry right through to installation.
This role is equally an office based role, with administration duties outlined below:

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the right flooring to suit their style and needs
Prepare quotes and follow up sales enquiries
Maintain an attractive and organized showroom
Build strong relationships with customers, and liaise with them through out the entire process
Data entry in to job logging systems, creating quotations, invoicing jobs, booking installations, ordering products,



liaising with customers via phone and email, liaising with suppliers.
Xero accounting software
(including reconciling of customer payments)
Daily monitoring of email inboxes, and enquiries
Point of sale duties

What We’re Looking For
Previous retail/sales or admin experience preferred (but not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to learn product knowledge
Robust organizational and time management skills
Robust computer skills
