We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Cooks (Kitchen & Pastry) to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated individual who:
Has a genuine passion for food preparation and presentation.
Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
Shows flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Takes pride in delivering consistent quality and exceptional guest experiences.
Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Can follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures accurately.

Qualification
Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Demonstrated experience in pastry production within a hotel, restaurant,



bakery, or commercial kitchen setting.
Solid knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, food presentation, and dessert production.
Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Full working rights in Australia.
A current Food Handling Certificate is advantageous.
