We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. This role is central to keeping our solar projects moving — managing critical paperwork, supporting customers throughout their installation journey, and ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
High‑volume customer service via phone and email, providing transparent, friendly and timely communication
Managing essential solar administration tasks including:
Permission to Connect (PTC) applications
Meter upgrade requests
Home Owners Warranty (HOW) applications
Compliance documentation and job pack preparation
Maintaining accurate records and project tracking
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal team members
General administrative support across all areas of the business





Skills & Experience
Robust customer service background with confident communication skills
Previous administration experience, ideally within the solar, electrical, construction or trades industry
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in computer‑based administration systems (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
Ability to learn and navigate solar portals, compliance platforms and distributor systems
Highly organised, dependable and able to prioritise effectively
