About you
We’re looking for an experienced salesperson, not someone current to the industry. You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ residential real estate sales experience, particularly as a Sales Associate or Sales Agent, and be ready to take greater ownership of your career. You’ll be:
Self-motivated, disciplined and driven
Confident building client relationships and generating new business
Commercially minded with a genuine desire to build a career in sales
Comfortable working independently while making the most of the support available
A current NSW real estate licence holder or appropriately qualified for the role
