Position Available

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking quality meals, maintaining kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and presentation standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present food to a high standard
Assist in daily kitchen operations and service
Manage food preparation and cooking during busy service periods
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
Monitor stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation
Work effectively within a team environment
Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff when required





Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Relevant hospitality qualifications are highly regarded
Passion for quality food and customer service
