We are looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café and ensure a high standard of customer service, food quality and team performance.

Key responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the café
Lead, train and motivate café staff
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety requirements
Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café
Manage opening and closing procedures
Monitor staff performance and provide training where required




Maintain positive relationships with customers
Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer experience

What we are looking for:
Previous café, restaurant or hospitality management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced workplace
Robust organisation and problem-solving skills
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required

Pay: $52,880.00 – $60,058.00 per year
