What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital part of our kitchen engine, you will keep the section running smoothly during busy lunch and dinner services:
Dishwashing: Operating the commercial dishwasher and keeping plates, glassware, and cookware sparkling clean.
Basic Food Prep: Assisting our chefs with straightforward prep (peeling, washing veggies, portioning ingredients, or boxing orders).
Kitchen Maintenance: Keeping wash stations, prep counters, and floors clean, hygienic, and organized.
Restocking: Making sure clean pots, pans, and tableware are cleared and returned to the chefs and floor staff promptly.
End-of-Shift Reset: Assisting with general kitchen pack-down and waste disposal at the end of service.
