Bartender

Rick Shores is one of Australia’s most iconic beachfront restaurants, known for its award-winning modern Asian dining, oceanfront setting, and world-class service. We are seeking experienced and motivated bartenders to join our team and help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our valued guests and team.

Key Responsibilities
Work effectively within the team with day-to-day operations .
Producing cocktails and beverages to a high standard within a high volume restaurant.
Maintain high standards of quality, speed and service in a fast paced working workplace.
Work in all facets of the bar, following opening and closing procedures, restocking, inventory control, bar service and bar back support.

Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience with bartendering roles .




Cocktail experience and knowledge.
Able to maintain service expectations in a high volume bar.

Job Types: Full time, Casual

Pay: $33.23 – $46.84 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
