We are looking for recent caring and reliable female Home & Community Care Workers who want regular, permanent weekly shifts and the prospect to work close to home.

You’ll be supporting clients in their homes with tasks such as:
Personal care and companionship
Domestic assistance and meal preparation
Transport to appointments or social outings
Encouraging independence and wellbeing

Our shifts are a minimum of 2 hours each, so you can build genuine relationships and provide quality care without feeling rushed.

Regular weekly ongoing shifts.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
Qualified certificate III Individual Support
Female (genuine occupational requirement)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (genuine occupational requirement)
Have experience working in Australia and know your way around Melbourne
Willing to drive between clients homes

You must also have:




A valid Australian driver’s licence
Current Police check or NDIS worker screening
Your own reliable car
Comprehensive car insurance

The role may on occasion provide personal care for female clients who for religious or cultural reasons require a female carer.

Ability to communicate fluently in English is required to effectively support clients with hearing difficulties or dementia.
