About the Role

We are seeking a warm, dedicated, and energetic support worker to join our team. The purpose of this role is to provide meaningful, person oriented support that empowers our client to maintain independence, build life skills, and actively participate in the community.

Key Responsibilities
Community Access: Accompanying the client to social outings, appointments, recreational activities, or shopping.
Daily Living Support: Assisting with meal planning, cooking, light household cleaning, and tidying.
Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, or medication reminders where required.
Companionship: Engaging in hobbies, puzzles, walks, or casual conversations to foster a positive setting.
Communication: Keeping accurate daily shift notes and communicating effectively with family members or coordinators.

Requirements & Qualifications
A friendly, patient,



and empathetic "people person" attitude.
Valid Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured reliable vehicle.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working with Children Check (WWCC) / NDIS Worker Screening Check (if applicable).
First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred: Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (though on-the-job training and a outstanding attitude are valued!).

Hours & Availability
Adaptable shift arrangements available.

Pay: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour
