At Lifespan Osteopathy, we help people of all ages feel better and move well – from tiny newborns to everyday desk workers and athletes. Our front of house staff are a vital part of our patient care team.

What the job looks like:
Welcoming patients (in person, over the phone and via email)
Managing bookings and appointment changes
Taking payments and handling health fund claims
Keeping the clinic calm, clean and running smoothly
Supporting our osteos and helping patients feel cared for from start to finish

Who you are:




You’re great with people and genuinely care about helping others
You’re organised and confident juggling multiple tasks at once
You’re a natural communicator and can stay calm under pressure
You’ve had experience in admin or reception (bonus points for health/medical, but not essential)
You’re tech-friendly and comfortable learning booking software
