Store Manager – Warwick

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our Warwick team as a Store Manager.

As the leader of our store, you will play a key role in driving sales, leading the team, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve strong results
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Oversee merchandising, stock control and store presentation
Drive sales through effective leadership and customer engagement
Recruit, train and develop team members
Manage rostering and daily store operations
Follow company procedures for opening and closing the store
Complete additional duties as required to support the business

About You
Previous retail management experience is essential
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities




Highly organised with the ability to multitask
Reliable and available to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
Retail merchandising experience is highly regarded

The successful applicant will be entrusted with store keys and will be responsible for opening and closing the store.
