About the Chance

We're looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Press Operator to join our team in Tailem Bend, South Australia — just under 100 km south-east of Adelaide. This hands-on role is central to our hay processing operations, running and maintaining the machinery that turns raw hay into export-ready bales.

As our Press Operator, you'll primarily be responsible for:
Operating machines for hay processing, including teasing, baling, strapping, wrapping and stacking
Monitoring machines for irregularities
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and completing minor repairs
Adhering to all safety standards, compliance and regulations
Checking products for quality issues




Assisting with other duties as required

About You

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
Knowledge of repair and maintenance (welding experience viewed favourably)
A High Risk Licence, with experience operating a telehandler and forklift
A sound knowledge of PLCs
High attention to detail
Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
Physical fitness and a robust work ethic
A current driver's licence
Willingness to work on an alcohol- and drug-free site
