We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and reliable Bubble Tea Barista to join our team!
What you’ll be doing: Preparing bubble tea and other drinks Taking customer orders and providing outstanding service Handling the POS and payments Maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards Restocking ingredients and keeping the store organised.
Tea Baristas are expected to:
Provide excellent customer service.
Prepare products accurately and consistently.
Follow Sharetea recipes and operating procedures.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Arrive on time and be ready to work at the beginning of each shift.
Complete assigned duties efficiently.
Communicate any problems or incidents to the manager promptly.
Contribute positively to the overall performance of the store.
