Role Overview:

We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Allied Health Professionals to join our growing team across Bowral NSW and the Sydney Metropolitan area. In this role, you will provide professional assessments, therapeutic interventions, and capacity-building support to NDIS participants, helping them build independence and enhance their quality of life. Flexible employment arrangements including contractor, casual, part-time, and full time options are available to suit the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional allied health services and therapy sessions tailored to individual NDIS participant goals.

Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders to implement effective support strategies.





Maintain accurate clinical notes, progress reports, and documentation as required by NDIS standards.

Ensure all services comply with NDIS quality and safeguarding guidelines.

Selection Criteria and Requirements:

Relevant university degree qualification in an allied health discipline.

Current AHPRA registration or membership with an equivalent relevant professional body.

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Working with Children Check.

Right to work in Australia.

Up-to-date training records, including mandatory NDIS modules, First Aid, and Infection Control.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.

Two professional work references.
