Golden Chicken is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Retail Assistant to join our team.

About the role

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
Serving customers and providing friendly customer service
Taking orders and operating the POS/cash register
Preparing and packing food
Assisting with online and delivery orders
Maintaining food presentation and service standards
Restocking products and packaging
Keeping the shop, counter and kitchen areas clean and tidy
Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Assisting the team with general day-to-day operations

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable and punctual
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a busy environment
A good communicator and team player




Well presented and takes pride in their work

Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Previous hospitality, fast-food or retail experience is preferred but training will be provided
