The Chance:

As a Gwinganna Receptionist, you are the warm, skilled and welcoming first point of contact for our guests. This role offers:

n

2–4 days per week.
n
Must be available to work Saturdays.
n
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including Sunday if required
n
Immediate start available.
n

What You'll Do:

n

n
Deliver excellence in Front Office Reception with a strong 'guest first' approach
n
Welcome, check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless and uplifting experience
n




Provide exceptional guest-facing customer service with confidence and care
n
Manage administrative tasks with accuracy, professionalism and efficiency
n
Respond to phone, email and in-person enquiries with supportive and knowledgeable communication
n
Work collaboratively with all guest service departments to ensure smooth daily operations
n

About You:

n

You are a positive and service-driven professional who loves working with people and contributing to memorable experiences.

Minimum 2 years' experience in reception or guest services
n
Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
A friendly team-focused attitude and high personal presentation
n
Initiative, maturity and confident problem-solving
