REGEN Industrial Pty Ltd is currently looking for experienced Contract Administrator to join their team.

The Contract Administrator works closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to support successful project delivery in quick-paced live and staged environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare, review, issue, and manage subcontract packages and purchase orders.
Monitor contractual compliance and identify potential commercial risks.
Assist in negotiation of subcontractor terms, scope clarifications, and variations.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and project records.
Coordinate procurement of subcontractors, materials, and suppliers.
Prepare tender packages, scope documents, and request for quotations (RFQs).




Track lead times and ensure procurement aligns with construction programme.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Assist with monthly cost reporting and financial reconciliation.
Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, consultants, and clients.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and Australian Standards.
Support WHS compliance and site documentation requirements.
Maintain quality assurance and project administration systems.

Skills and Experience:
Relevant qualification and at least 1 year experience in a similar role
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
High attention to detail and organisational ability.
