Key responsibilities

You will support the preparation of unexplained wealth investigations and present financial analysis to a Forensic Accountant, on matters relating to confiscation proceedings within Victoria, who will prepare and present financial analysis supporting recent unexplained wealth legislation under the Confiscation Act 1997 as expert witnesses.

As a member of the Criminal Proceeds Squad, as a Financial Investigator, you will work closely with police investigators to interpret financial documents, records and business structures.
n
Assisting police to understand complex financial arrangements.
n
Providing advice on financial avenues of enquiry and sources of information.
n

What you need

Experience in managing multiple matters that may have competing and occasionally urgent deadlines.
n
To achieve this, applicants must be an Australian Citizen.
