Role Description The Business Analyst & QA Intern role is an on-site internship based in Melbourne, VIC. This position supports the analysis of business processes and requirements, collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional needs, and assists in translating business objectives into transparent specifications for technical teams. The intern will participate in testing activities, including preparing test cases, executing tests, identifying defects, and contributing to quality assurance documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting research,



preparing reports and diagrams, supporting project meetings, and helping improve workflows and system usability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers practical experience in both business analysis and quality assurance within a technology-focused workplace.

Qualifications
Solid analytical skills and ability to interpret data and processes.
Foundational knowledge or coursework in business analysis and business processes.
Ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements.
Effective communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in or exposure to QA practices, including test case creation and defect reporting.
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Office 365); familiarity with diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
