About the role:

As a CIVIL S26 Supervisor at IMC, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating site operations, ensuring civil works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.
You will provide strong leadership to site teams, fostering a positive safety culture while driving workforce engagement, productivity, and performance. Working closely with project stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
