About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support high-volume recruitment for our Australian sales team.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process. This is a hands-on, KPI-driven role suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and working at pace.

What You'll Be Doing
Source candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK,



referrals and other channels
Conduct phone/video screens and assess candidate suitability
Manage candidate pipelines and follow up throughout the process
Coordinate interviews and offers
Maintain accurate ATS records
Track recruitment activity and hiring KPIs
Work closely with hiring managers on recruitment needs

What We're Looking For
0–2 years' recruitment experience
Experience in sales, BD or high-volume recruitment is preferred
Comfortable working towards recruitment KPIs
Robust communication and follow-up skills
Organised, proactive and resilient
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or ATS is a plus
