What you’ll bring
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Experience in a pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
Kitchen leadership experience for Sous Chef, or confident grill skills for Grill Chef




Solid food safety, preparation and stock rotation practices
Pride in quality food, an organised section and supporting your team
Flexible availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
