We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with a solid background in fit out for an immediate start on a high-profile bank refurbishment project in Sydney CBD.

This is a 6-week contract role overseeing after-hours works in a live environment, ensuring safety, quality, programme delivery, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate trades onsite during out-of-hours construction works
Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with programme requirements
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily site inspections
Coordinate subcontractors and monitor workmanship quality
Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and client representatives
Maintain site documentation and compliance records

Requirements:
Proven experience supervising commercial fit outs - Including Banks
Solid understanding of live environment refurbishment works




Trade qualification or relevant construction background preferred
Current White Card
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple trades onsite

Location: Sydney CBD
Duration: 6 Weeks
Shift Pattern:
Friday: 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Saturday: Day Shift
Sunday: Day Shift
Competitive hourly rate
