About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our services, covering Supported Independent Living, accomodation and support for participants with complex needs. You will lead a small team of Case Workers working closely with our administration team on rostering, and playing a key role in keeping our residential services running safely and smoothly, day and night.

What You Will Do
Lead and support Case Workers delivering day to day support
Hold primary responsibility for the on-call phone and roster, acting as first responder for incidents, staffing gaps and urgent matters
Oversee service delivery ensuring consistent, high quality support for all participants
Coordinate with the administration team on rostering in line with the SCHADS Award
Lead quality assurance and risk management for residential services, in line with the NDIS Practice Standards
Build strong relationships with participants, families, guardians and other stakeholders




Manage incident reporting, documentation and escalate matters as needed
Support recruitment, onboarding and day to day supervision of your team

What You Will Bring
Relevant qualifications and experience within Supported Independent Living or Accommodation models
Experience supervising or leading a team
A person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach to your work
Sound knowledge of NDIS systems, processes and the Practice Standards
Solid communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
A current open C Class driver's licence valid in Australia
Completion of NDIS Worker Screening, including a valid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain these
First Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtain
Experience with Brevity Care Software is an advantage
