Technical Business Analyst | Process Improvement & Emerging Technology An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a large organisation undertaking a range of business transformation and operational improvement initiatives. Working closely with business leaders and project teams, you will help identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve ways of working, and support the evaluation of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. This role requires a confident communicator who can engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable outcomes.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating autonomously, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and contributing to both strategic and operational improvement initiatives.

Daily Duties
Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to understand operational challenges, opportunities, and business objectives.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and document current and future state processes.
Produce explicit business analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, requirements documentation, and business cases.




Analyse existing workflows and identify prospects for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and organizational objectives.
Support the implementation and adoption of recent processes, technologies, and improvement initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement.

Skills Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within business transformation, process improvement, or digital initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting business and functional requirements.
Exposure to AI, automation, intelligent workflow solutions, or other emerging technologies used to improve business outcomes.
Experience working within Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while driving outcomes in a rapid-paced environment.
