We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join the manufacturing team of a well-established chocolate manufacturing company based in Campbellfield.

Working onDay or Night shift, you will play an important role in operating production and packaging equipment, maintaining high product quality standards, and supporting a secure, efficient, and continuous-improvement-focused manufacturing environment.

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you will:
Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
Complete changeovers, equipment setup, and basic troubleshooting.
Conduct quality checks and record production information.
Follow SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety procedures.
Maintain a clean work area and support 5S standards.




Report issues promptly to help minimise downtime.
Contribute to safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
Work closely with production, maintenance, and supervisory teams.

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or packaging environments.
A strong focus on safety and quality.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to perform manual handling duties in a fast-paced workplace.
A reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Full working rights in Australia
Driver's Licence and own reliable transport
