Working across multiple workstreams, you will partner with senior leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes, strengthen governance frameworks, improve business processes, and ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing
Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams within a large transformation program.
Drive project governance, reporting, planning, and delivery activities.
Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and priorities.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Support business improvement initiatives and process optimisation opportunities.
Coordinate project resources and ensure alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership.

What you'll bring




Proven experience delivering complex business transformation or organisational change projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Demonstrated experience managing governance, reporting, and project controls.
Ability to navigate complex environments and influence outcomes.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project delivery.
Relevant project management qualifications will be highly regarded.
