We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Administration Assistant to join our team in Virginia. This is a full-time position suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing product information, pricing and availability to customers
Managing and following up on multiple customer enquiries and transactions
Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely order dispatch
Tracking shipments and liaising with transport companies
Assisting with general sales and administrative tasks
Collect incoming and drop off outgoing mail, general errands and office shopping, including collecting catering for monthly staff lunches and birthday celebrations
Supporting the wider team as required
