About the role

Hobart Roof Painting is looking for an experienced roof painter to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial work across greater Hobart and Southern Tasmania. There is a steady pipeline of roof restoration and painting jobs.

Key responsibilities
Preparing roof surfaces (high-pressure cleaning, rust treatment, priming)
Applying roof paint/membrane coatings on Colorbond and tiled roofs
Working safely at heights on a range of residential and commercial sites
Maintaining a high standard of finish and taking pride in the work

About you
Proven experience in roof painting/restoration (essential)
Current Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain — we can assist)
Own reliable transport
Own basic tools/equipment (spray gear highly regarded but not essential)
A valid driver's licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Valuable communication and a skilled attitude with clients
