Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) is currently seeking experienced Fixed Plant Supervisors for a range of ongoing full-time opportunities across Western Australia.
We’re working with clients across major project, maintenance and shutdown environments, with opportunities suited to Supervisors who can lead mechanical crews, drive safety and deliver quality outcomes in demanding resources and industrial settings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR To be successful, you will have:
Relevant Australian-recognised trade qualification – Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter
S26 Statutory Supervisor Certificate
Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience
Strong experience leading mechanical crews in a resources / industrial environment
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
Current Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets
Construction White Card
Current National Police Clearance
Full Australian Working Rights
Strong safety leadership and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage crews, contractors and site priorities effectively
